The much talked about Acer Aspire 1410 11.6-inch netbook, which was recently renamed for the U.S market from the Acer 1810Z, has just gone on sale in the U.S!
It is available to pre-order form Amazon for $449.99, and we’re sure it will ship very shortly. If you look at the right hand side of the Amazon page, some 3rd party sellers on Amazon already have it in stock for shipping.
The Acer 1410 is Acer’s first 11.6-inch netbook to feature a more powerful than normal, Intel CULV 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo SU3500 processor along with 2GB of RAM, all in a slim line body.
It’s listed on Amazon as the Acer Aspire 1410-8414, and available to order in Black, Sapphire Blue and Ruby Red color options.
The Acer 1410 also features a 250GB hard drive, 802.11n WiFi, 3x USB 2.0 ports, a 5-in-1 media card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, SPDIF, VGA / HDMI outputs. It weights just 3.1lbs and comes with Windows Vista Home Premium.
