There have been rumors and much talk about the Acer Aspire One 11.6-inch netbook for many weeks, and now finally, Acer have offical announced the 11.6-inch Aspire One.
The 11.6-inch Acer Aspire One looks very nice and measures just an inch thick. The new Aspire One of course features the larger 11.6-inch LCD screen, which is LED backlit and has a WXGA resolution, making the whole netbook experience a whole lot less cramped.
As expected the Acer Aspire One 11.6 is powered by an Intel Atom CPU, and features a 160GB HDD, and 802.11 b/g WiFi.

You will also find Bluetooth, 3G connectivity, Dolby Pro Logic Sound, a mutli-card reader and a large 6-cell (5200mAh) battery which can last 8 hours.
Reports say that the build quality is “top notch”. No price and release date are currently known, but we’re quiet sure it won’t be too long now. Acer Press
