Just yesterday we let you know that the Asus Transformer Pad 300 was available and shipping out.
The whole Transformer Pad family have been very popular since their initial release, and now their latest, and more budget friendly model has been very well received and is selling very well.
The Transformer Pad 300 has only been available a matter of days, but has already been reviewed by a number of websites. Until we bring you our own review, we can bring you a round up of a number of these reviews.
The very latest in the family of Asus Transformer Pad tablets is the TF3000. The Asus Transformer Pad TF300 has just officially gone on sale today and is already shipping out.
The Asus TF300 is the latest version, but it isn’t the most expensive version. It’s a cheaper version of the Eeee Pad Transformer Price.
Although the TF300 is cheaper, not too much has been reduced in the offering. It packs a slightly slower processor, smaller battery (battery life reduced to 8.5 hours from 10 hours on the prime) and no flash for the camera.
If you’re lucky enough to own the very impressive Asus Transformer Price tablet, but also unlucky enough to be experiencing some GPS problems with the unit, you’re in luck.
Asus have very generously come to the rescue by offering up a free “GPS Extension kit” to Transformer Prime owners who are experiencing problems. This kit is basically a USB dongle that you simply plug into the tablet “which may help improve signal reception and optimize the user experience”.
Asus have always been one to innovate the tablet market, most noticeably with the Asus Transformer series of tablet computers turn laptops via their docking keyboard unit.
They have now taken the idea of two devices in one even futher with the new Asus PadFone. The PadFone is essentially three devices in one. First off you have the phone itself, which is a 4.3-inch smartphone running Google Android Ice Cream Sunday.
It features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED 256ppi touch screen, and has a powerful 8-megapixel camera which features a high quality five element lens.
But that’s all fairly standard, so what makes the PadFone different from any other phone (Fone). Well, the Pad in the name is a give away.
Great news for those of you who have been waiting for the new 2012 Asus 1025C Eee PC netbook to be release.
You can now purchase the brand new 2012 Asus Eee PC 1025C for just $299 direct from Amazon in either white or black colors.
We have been waiting for the 1025C since it was announced back in June last year, and then with its official US announcement in January this year at CES 2012.
At the beginning of the year Asus introduced a number of new models to their Eee PC lineup for 2012. Of these new mini laptops / netbooks most made use of the new “Flare” design. While this flare design wasn’t all that different from the previous “seashell” design, with only the keyboard design changing slightly by being recessed.
Asus have also announced a new netbook for 2012, the Asus 1011CX. This 10.1-inch netbook makes use of the new 2012 chipset and processor for 2012, but they have decided to keep the design the same seashell design for the Asus Eee PC 1011CX.
Asus have expanded and re-branded their Transformer tablets to the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity series, dropping the Eee.
The brand new Asus Transformer Pad Infinity takes the Transformer range to the next level, and is powered by a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, with 1GB of RAM.
The Pad Infinity has been designed with multimedia in mind, and features a 10.1-inch Super ISP+ touch screen panel with a 1920 x 1280 pixel resolution! That means that you can play back Full HD movies and HD content without any loss of quality due to video down scaling.
Asus have just announced their latest is which is now becoming a range of Transformer tablet computers. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 is the latest version of their Transformer Prime Eee Pads.
Asus has decided to drop the “Eee” from the name. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 looks very similar to the Transformer Prime, which is currently the tablet computer everyone is dying the get their hands on.
What makes the Transformer Pad 300 even more exciting is that it is reported to have a lower price tag than the Transformer Prime, but still features the Tegra 3 chip. It is also going to be available in three colors, red, white and blue.
It looks like the next generation Asus Transformer has just leaked.
A Taiwanese websites, NCCC, have a number of very convincing photos of a model named the “TF300″, bearing the Asus logo and distinctive design.
A QuieTek certification document revealed its name, so it is hard to doubt. And considering the model name for the first and second generation Transformer models were TF101, and TF201, the TF300 fits the trend for being the third generation model.
