Just last month the newly announced Asus Eee PC 1201PN looked to be one of the best multimedia netbooks coming our way, but now the Asus Eee PC 1215N has shown up and pushed the 1201PN aside.
The Asus 1215N can be seen as the third and most powerful model in the 12-inch Eee PC group. The 1201PN built on the 1201N, and now the latest 1215N has pushed things even further.

Rather than using a single core processor the Asus Eee PC 1215N will make use of a new dual core Atom CPU, the Atom D525 1.8GHz, along with the latest Ion 2 graphics and Nvidia Optimus switching technology.
This will make the Asus 1215N the most powerful Eee PC to date, and it should also provide good battery life thanks to the Optimus technology which will intelligently switch from the Intel graphics to the powerful Ion 2 graphics when needed, providing HD playback, but also power savings.
The Asus Eee PC 1215N should be available this June!
