Asus is sure on top when it comes to offering their customers a choice. The new Asus Eee PC 1002HA has been announced and it seems like a good mix between the popular Eee PC 1000 series, and the stylish new S101.
The Asus Eee PC 1002HA is slightly smaller, measuring 26.4 cm wide and 18.1 cm depth, and 2.76 cm high, weighing just 1.2 kg. Specification wide, the Asus Eee PC1002HA has a new 1.6Hgz Intel Atom N270 CPU with 1GB of Ram, and a 160GB HDD. There is a two cell battery, but with each cell a larger 4200mAh in 2 cells.
With two speakers at the front, three USB 2.0 ports, SDHC card reader, VGA out, Ethernet, and audio out and in. Finished in a stylish charcoal gray, brushed metal look. Thanks to blogeee.net (French)
Other details are currently scarce, but we believe the Eee PC 1002HA will be heading for Europe soon for about €449 (currently $560).
