There has a lot of talk about the upcoming Nvidia Ion 2 over the last many months, but mostly just rumor .
DigiTimes now have something a whole lot more solid. They are reporting that an Asus Ion 2 powered Eee PC will be launched this April.

They also mention how the Atom N270 / N280 CPU based netbooks are currently being replaced by the latest generation Atom N450, saying that these N450 netbooks will drop in price in the second quarter of this year.
Increasing it’s 12-inch Eee PC market, Asus will launch AMD Congo based models next month, followed by the Nvidia Ion 2 powered model in April. Source: Digitimes
