The Asus 1005HA netbook is now available to order! Having having shown up on Amazon for a short time, and then removed, the Asus Eee PC 1005HA is back again, and available to order.

The Asus Eee PC 1005HA looks great, and very much like the Asus 1008HA, with the Seashell design. The main difference between the 1005HA and the 1008HA is the battery is non removable in the 1008HA.

Disney and leading netbook manufacturer Asus have teamed up to create a Disney inspired netbook.

The Disney netbook will be called the Asus Netpal or Disney Netpal, and will be targeted at kid from 6 to 12 years old. The Netpal is essentially a Disney branded and themed Eee PC netbook with a 8.9-inch display and a typical Intel Atom processor.

The long awaited, and also very long rumored 11.6-inch Eee PC from Asus, now known as the Asus 1101HA is reported to start shipping in Europe by the end of this month!

The Asus Eee PC 1101HA is the first 11.6-inch netbook from Asus’s Eee PC line. Offering a larger screen (with higher resolution, 1366 x 768) than previous Eee PC’s, the Asus 1101HA will be popular with those who find most netbooks too small.

The Asus 1101HGO looks and sounds a lot like the recently announced Asus 1101HA, which it is identical too, with just one small difference. The Asus Eee PC 1101HGO which was just spotted at Computex has 3G built in, for high speed Internet on the go.

At Computex a new prototype Asus Eee PC Smartbook has been spotted and videoed showing off it’s stuff.

The new Asus “Smartbook”, not netbook, looks very similar to modern netbooks but has a number of differences and advantages over a classic netbook.

As time goes on it seems that the average size of a netbook is getting bigger and bigger every few months. For many months now there has been talk of an upcoming 11.6-inch Eee PC, which will compete size by size with the 11.6-inch models from Acer (751h).

We have just heard a rumor from the usually reliable Taiwanese DigiTimes website that Asus are working on the Asus Eee Box B1006 nettop, which will be Nividia Ion based.

We have already seen two new versions of the Eee Box with HDMI output in the form of the B206 / B204 and the yet to show it’s self, dual core B208.

We first heard of the Asus Eee PC 1000HV way back in July, when it was leaked along with 23 other Eee PCs. Since then we have heard nothing of the Asus 1000HV, until today.

The Asus 1000HV has shown up at a number of Italian online stores to order.  Unlike most Eee PC netbooks, the 1000HA features discrete ATI graphics, in the form of the ATI Radeon HD 3450 video card with 256MB memory.

Asus is calling the Asus Eee PC T91 a “new generation of netbooks”. The Asus T91 at first glance might seem like an ordinary netbook, but with at closer inspection you will noticed one small key difference that makes it a very different machine all together.

For lack of a better description the Asus T91 is a multi touch convertible tablet netbook.

As if the newly announced and released Asus Eee PC 1008HA was not tempting enough already. Asus are giving a $20 discount to everyone who buys the 1008HA early!

The extremely thin, light and impressive looking Asus 1008HA is available for pre-order from a number of stores, including amazon for $409, down from $429.
