Asus Eee PC

Asus Eee Pad TransformerI’m currently lucky enough hold in my hands the very impressive Asus Eee Pad Transformer.

I have been playing with it over the last few days, and am just as impressed with it as I was when I saw it for the first time.

Before I complete writing my review for it, I thought I would ask you guys, just want you like me to cover in my review?

Would you like me to cover anything specific or to demonstrate a specific task?  If so just write it in the comments below!

I will hopefully get my unboxing video up tomorrow, and have the written review with video up in the next few days.

In the mean time, you can view my Asus Transformer hands on video.

Could you try out some video chat options? Maybe yahoo messenger video chat or something along those lines. Also can you show what regular Android apps look like on a honeycomb tablet? Thanks. I can’t wait to see your review.

Things I’d be interested to know:

    * Is the screen usable outdoors and especially under direct sunlight?
    * Did you experience any instability, especially when connecting / disconnecting the keyboard dock?
    * Does the dock’s SD slot support SDXC and/or UHS-I cards?
    * How good is the wifi connectivity (range, speed)
    * Other reviews have complained about lag in pretty much all operations, and touch screen presses not registering (which latter, your video seems to show). What do you think — issue, or not?

I’ve seen reviews on people using the MicroSD card for storage and etc… but I haven’t seen anyone do larger sized external hard drives.

Also – what if I plug in multiple extra storage? What if I put in a MicroSD, a SD card, an external HD in one USB port, and another external HD in the other USB port? How do I access each one? How will it show each one?

Also 2 – what’s the limit on the MicroSD and SD card? Up to 16gb? 32gb? Is there a limit? On most smartphones there is…

Also 3 – I see there are a couple of FN keys on the keyboard. What functions do they activate?

I would love to know all that… thanks man!
