Information about Asus’ upcoming laptops have been published in their very own Asus World Magazine.
While the majority of new laptops are of no interest to this site, we are interesting in the Asus UL20AT 12-inch thin and light ultra portable laptop.
The new CULV (consumer ultra low voltage) notebook looks and is very similar to the already available UL20A, but has been updated offering a few new features.
Both measure the same, weight and dimension wise, but the new Asus UL20AT model adds support for Turbo33 technology and DDR3 RAM, rather than the current slower DDR2. Up to 4GB is supported, along with Intel GMA 450MHD graphics.
It looks like the UL20AT will be available in a number of different configurations, with four processor options:
- 1.2GHz Intel Celeron 743
- 1.2GHz dual core SU2300
- 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500
- 1.3GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300
A selection of hard drives, 250GB ,320GB and 500GB are also available. We will update with price and availability as soon as it’s available. Via Engadget
