If you saw the 8.9-inch Dell Vostro A90, you would probably confuse it with the Dell Mini 9. That would be for good reason. It’s essentially the very same netbook, just with a different (black) finish.
While the Dell Mini 9 is available in a number of colorful color options, the Dell Vostro A90 is only available in a very business like black.
Dell is clearly aiming the Dell A90 at the business / professional user, as has therefor listed it in their “Small & Medium Business” section. The price is also bumped up slightly to a starting price of $399.
The Dell Vostro A90 features an Intel Atom 1.6Ghz CPU (N270), a 16GB SSD, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, Intel GMA950 graphics, webcam, 4-cell battery, and 802.11g wireless.
The netbook is very compact and lightweight at just 1.07 kg/2.36 lbs.
