HP

HP Mini 110HP have now made their HP Mini 110 XP available with the Broadcom HD video acceleration card, and two more additional color options.

As well as being able to select the Atom N270 or N280 CPU, you can now get the Broadcom Crystal HD Enhanced Video accelerator (available under “Video Accelerator”), for an extra $30.

The video accelerator adds smooth HD (1080p) video and audio playback capabilities to the netbook, and takes the processing load off of the CPU.

I think the $30 charge is a small price to pay for this feature, allowing playback of MKV, MOV, MP3, TS/M2TS and many more file types.

The HP Mini 110 is now also available from HP in Pink and White color options for an additional $20.
