The new HP Mini 1101 netbook is aimed at business users and business travelers. The Mini 1101 is very similar to the newly announced HP Mini 110 netbooks, but essentially the business model.
The HP 1101 weighs just 2.33 pounds, and measures just over 1-inch thick. With a 10.1-inch standard or optional High-definition LED widescreen display, and a large 92% full sized keyboard. As the HP Mini 1101 is designed for business users and professionals, there are no pink or bright color options, just a stylish “Black Swirl” design.
It features Intel Aton N270 / N280 CPU options, with Intel GMA 950 graphics, VGA output, 802.11b/g WiFi, 3/6 cell battery options, 1 / 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, a 160 GB hard drive or 32GB SSD. Three is also optional WWAN.
The HP Mini 1101 also comes with a choice of either XP or Vista operating systems.
Expect to see the HP Mini 1101 available on June 1st for $329.
