We have been hearing about the new Intel Pineview platform for some time now, and the most recent nugget of news we heard was that Intel are now fast tracking the platform.

This appears to be true, as a new Pineview powered netbook has been spotted over at the FCC. The Lenovo S10-3 netbook or Lenovo FL5-B3 as it’s currently known has been revealed by the FFC documents as featuring the new Pineview Intel Atom N450 processor.

You can see that the Lenovo S10-3 features a black gloss finish, and a 10.1-inch LCD with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.

The Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3 also features 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and 802.11n WiFi. Apart from the finger prints, you may notice from the photo that the touchpad has no visible buttons. This probably means its a Synaptics buttonless touchpad.

Will this be the first Intel Pineview netbook to hit the market?

Update: The Lenovo S10-3 is now available for $369 direct from Lenovo. The Lenovo S10-3T is also available to order from $549!
