LG have announced their first nettop PC, and it looks very impressive.

Following in the footsteps of the very popular Acer Aspire Revo, the new LG XPION X30 nettop features the Nvidia Ion chipset / graphics, giving it powerful 1080p HD playback capabilities.

It’s also nice to see that the XPION X30 features the full Ion graphics with DirectX10 support, rather than the cut down “Ion LE” version.

Besides the Ion graphics the LG XPION X30 features an Intel Atom 230 1.6Ghz CPU with 2GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive. The LG X30 is very thin, weighs just 1.1kg, and can be easily mounted to the back of your LCD monitor or HDTV via a VESA mount.

It uses less than 40 Watts of power, and features a healthy selection of six USB 2.0 ports and HDMI output.

We would prefer if it has a more powerful CPU, such as the dual core N330, but the 2GB of RAM should help.
