The MSI Wind U100, or better known simply as the MSI Wind, has been updated by the MSI Wind U120 netbook. The Wind 120 has an updated design which looks more professional, very sleek, and a little aggressive, which we like.
Not only is the design of the Wind U120 / Wind 2 more aggressive, it’s also priced more aggressively, with an MSRP of $379, which is $70 cheaper than the original Wind. The MSI Wind U120 is impressive feature wide with a 10.1-inch LED backlit LCD, with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, an Intel Atom N270 CPU at 1.6GHZ and 1GB of DDR2 Ram.
Powered by the Intel GMA950 chipset and available with a Sata HDD from 80GB to 160GB. Other feature include 802.11b/g/n wireless networking, Bluetooth 2.0, a 4-in-1 card reader, 3x USB and VGA and Ethernet connections.

The overall size of the U120 measures 10.23″ x 7.08″ x 0.38″ – 1.29″. ReviewQuest have two reviews of the Wind U120, where Laptopmag say, the MSI Wind U120 is a solid netbook with a comfortable keyboard and a more stylish design than its predecessor. It’s also more aggressively priced. The Samsung NC10 and the HP Mini 2140 last longer, although both systems are more expensive. If you care more about price than endurance, then the U120 is worth considering.
