ASRock seem to be getting in on the netbook game, just like everyone else. The ASRock MultiBook G12 sits on the upper limits of the netbook criteria, and some may class it as a notebook, but we thought it was worth our readers attention.

Like many of the new netbooks announced at this year CeBIT, ASRock have been rather tight lipped about the MultiBook G12, not giving many details away. What we do know is that the ASRock G12 will feature a dual core Intel CPU (Atom ? ) with upto 2GB of DDR2 RAM, 12.1-Inch LCD (1,280 x 800 resolution), 2.5-inch SATA drive, 02.11b/g/n WiFi, and gigabit Ethernet.

One thing that separates the ASRock MultiBook G12 from most netbooks is the built in optical drive. Other than that, there are 4x USB 2.0 ports, VGA output, audio in and out and a 56k modem.
