As you might guess from the name, the ASRock ION 330 features the dual core Intel Atom 330 processor, and the Nividia Ion chipset / graphics.

It is one of the more unusual netops on the market as it features an optical drive. Previous this has been a DVD drive. But very soon the ASRock ION 330 will be available with a built in blu-ray drive.

This makes the ASRock ION 330 a very interesting little nettop. As it features the powerful Ion graphics, it is more than powerful enough to decode and playback Blu-ray movies, making the ASRock ION 330 a great little HTPC / media center.

You can of course connect up an external blu-ray player to an Ion nettop, but the built in blu-ray drive makes a neat little all in one solution.

The price is currently unknown, but we expect it to be very reasonable.
