ASRock have announced the successor to their popular ION 330 nettop, with three new Ion powered models.
All three models feature the Nvidia Ion graphics, and dual core Intel Atom 330 processors, and support up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM.
The three models are the ASRock Ion 330 Pro, Ion 330HT, and the Ion 330HT-BD.
The HT in the name symbolizes “home theater”, and both of these models come with MCE remotes, perfect for uses as a home theater PC.
The Asrock Ion 330HT-BD swaps out the DVD burner from the other two models for a Blu-ray drive, enabling it to playback blu-ray movies, rounding off the HTPC experience!

These models are now available on Amazon! The HT model is currently available for $458.99, and the BD model for $588.99.
Other features on all three models include gigabit Ethernet, HDMI / VGA outputs, 6x USB 2.0, powered eSATA port, 7.1 channel audio, 500GB hard drive, raid support and WiFi b/g/n/ (not on pro model).
If you’re looking for a powerful little nettop for uses as a media center (and even blu-ray player) these new ASRock Ion 330 models should fit the job perfectly.
