The netbook world is dominated by one range of processors, the Intel Atom. And 90% of these processors are the Atom N270 and N280.

VIA would like to change that, and they have now announced their new processor line. The new VIA Nano 3000 (Isaiah based) series is a range of six new CPUs, which comes in speeds between 1GHZ and 2GHz.

All the VIA Nano 3000 processors have 64-bit support, a 800MHz front side bus, SSE4. and both Windows 7 and Linux compatibility.
