The highly anticipated Nvidia Ion netbooks and nettops which have only just started to trickle out into the stores, looks let to turn into a massive torrent of them.
At Computex Nvidia have unveiled a massive 21 new Ion-based products to the market! Very welcome additions to the previously announced Acer Aspire Revo and Lenovo IdeaPad S12.
If your not upto speed on the whole Nvidia Ion side of things; it basically brings powerful graphics to netbooks and nettops, while using very little power. It it more than powerful enough to playback HD 1080p video and play many recent games. Tasks which the average integrated netbook graphics wouldn’t be able to handle.
Along with netbooks and netbooks, Asus have introduced an Ion motherboard, the C2N7A-I, along with the Eee Top ET2002 nettop.
