IFA 2009 in Berlin is just getting off into full swing, and Sony is leading the way. They have just announced the Sony Vaio X ultraportable netbook.

The Vaio X features an 11.1-inch LCD and a new all day battery, that “will set the new standard for stamina.”

The Asus Eee Keyboard PC takes a novel approach to computing. It’s essentially a nettop computer in the form of a keyboard with an additional small touch screen panel on the right hand side.

We haven’t seen or heard too much about the Eee Keyboard since it’s announcement, but it still has a lot of curiosity around it, especially it’s touch screen display.

It seems as if Asus have been listening to the massive crowd who see the ultra small and quite EeeBox PC as an ideal HTPC.

Asus have announced the ASUS EeeBox EB1012, which Asus are calling High Definition Entertainment in a 1L-Sized PC. Many people, including myself have looked at the existing nettop PCs, and wished it featured a dual-core Atom CPU along with the Nvidia Ion graphics.

With the release of Windows 7 just around the corner (end of October) you might be thinking of upgrading your netbook’s Windows XP or even Vista operating system to the fresh and netbook friendly Windows 7.

Most netbooks come with Windows XP as they can’t run Vista all that well, but with Windows 7′s more efficient coding netbooks run very well on the latest Windows operating system.

Just about a week ago Asus announced three new interesting EeeTop PCs for the market.

Sacha and his team from NetbookNews have been lucky enough to get their hands on the 20-inch ASUS EeeTop PC ET2002T touchscreen model.

In the video you can see a quick overview of the ASUS ET2002T where they test out the touchscreen capabilities and also more interestingly the voice command functions.

Someone who claims to be working in the PC industry has posted some leaked slides from an Asus Roadmap listing upcoming netbooks later this year.

The leaked roadmap hasn’t been confirmed so take it with a grain of salt for now.

The MSI U210 hasn’t even been officially announced in the U.S just yet, but it didn’t stop it from already showing up to order online.

You can order the MSI U210 from Amazon in Black and White colors options for just $429.99, which seems like a great price for a more powerful than normal netbook.

This post has to be by far the strangest on the site by a long shot, and it’s definitely not one of our typical netbook reviews.

We’re not exactly sure what is going on here, but we assume what we are seeing here is some kind of marketing campaign between Asus and Moko, promoting their Eee PC range.

The Asus Eee PC 1005HA is currently the best selling netbook on the market, and for very good reasons.

The Asus 1005HA was announced just a short while after the Asus 1008HA model, which introduced the very popular “SeaShell” design.

Asus have just made their latest range of EeeTop PC’s official.

There are three models available from two different series, one of which features the 1080p HD loving Nvidia Ion chipset and graphics.
