One of the quickest turnarounds ever from announcement, to review. The Sony Vaio W netbook, is the first official Vaio netbook from Sony.

Just days after Sony made the Sony Vaio P netbook official, it has already seen a number of “hands on” and reviews from around the Internet.

Just a few days after the HP Mini 110 XP was made available with the Broadcom HD video acceleration card and two additional color options, HP have now added an option for the HD 1,366 x 768 pixel display!

For just $30 extra on your order, you can now get the HP Mini 110 XP edition with the higher HD resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, rather than the standard 1024 x 576 version.

After only hearing very little of the Asus T101H convertible tablet Eee PC netbook, Asus have finally revealed the specifications of the very interesting convertible netbook.

The Asus Eee PC T101H is a larger 10.1-inch model, similar to the 9-inch Asus T91.

The long rumored 11.6-inch netbook from Asus finally showed up at the Asus 1101HA a number of months ago. Since then the 1101HA has seen a review, where it was rated “very good”.

Netbooks started off small, 7 or 8-inches or so, and since then have expanded in size, to what we have here, the 11.6-inch Asus Eee PC 1101HA netbook.

Windows XP is the current preferred choice of operating system (OS) for netbooks, as it’s familiar to use, and runs better on netbooks than Vista. But things look let to change with

Google Chrome OS is an open source, lightweight operating system that will initially be targeted at netbooks.

HP have now made their HP Mini 110 XP available with the Broadcom HD video acceleration card, and two more additional color options.

As well as being able to select the Atom N270 or N280 CPU, you can now get the Broadcom Crystal HD Enhanced Video accelerator (available under “Video Accelerator”), for an extra $30.

While many people like the size and convenience of netbooks, many don’t like the typical lack of power. The new Acer Aspire Timeline 1810T looks set to change that.

Sony have just announced the new Sony Vaio W netbook in an official press release.

Unlike the Sony Vaio P netbook, Sony are happy to call the Vaio W a netbook.

The Sony Vaio Mini W series consist of three netbooks, but all are identical with the exception of their color.

Just a few days ago the netbook enthusiasts, and myself included got very excited about the newly announced Samsung 510 netbook.

The 11.6-inch Nvidia Ion powered netbook was reported to make it’s way to Europe sometime in July, leaving the U.S out of luck.

Just a few weeks before it’s official launch date of July 15th, Samsung have renamed the Samsung N310 to the Samsung Go.
