Samsung have added two new netbooks to their “N” series of netbooks, the Samsung N130 and N140.
Both have a 10.1-inch display and are similar in specifications and design, but the N140 model is the “premium” version, with slightly better specifications and higher price.
We will concentrate on the Samsung N130 here, you can read more on the Samsung N140.
Unlike most new netbooks which are announced, and then you have to wait months to be able to purchase it, the Samsung N130 is already available in the U.K for just £229 from Amazon.co.uk, available in Black and White colour options.
Blue and pink versions of the N130 are now available in the US from Amazon.Com for $349

The N130 is powered by the Intel Atom 1.6GHz N270 processor and Intel 945GSE chipset. It also has 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, 3x USB 2.0 ports, 3-in-1 card reader, webcam, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. The 10.1-inch LCD is LED backlit which is non-glossy, and has a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.
The Samsung N130 measures 263.8 x 185.5 x 28.5, and weights 1.25kg, while the battery should last for 7.5 hours.
