You may, or may not have noticed that there are very few photos of the newly announced (and available) Samsung N150 and NB30 netbooks around.

The only images of these netbooks that I have seen available are some shots taken at CES, which don’t do the new 10.1-inch netbooks justice. Even Amazon don’t seem to have any images available.

I have managed to obtain the official press photos for both models, where you can see both netbooks in all their glory.

Specifications wise, both netbooks are very similar, powered by the new Intel Atom N450 CPU, with the NB30 being the tougher “ultra durable” version. You can see its tougher rubberized / textured finish in the photo.

We know that the Samsung N150 will be available in at least white and black color options. It also has a stylish red band surrounding the body.

For more information on both models, including full specifications please see this post: Samsung N30 & N150.

I just cannot understand why Samsung doesn’t have the NB30 on it’s website! You would think that they would promote this model months before being sold! personally, I would fire the whole marketing department for such a big mistake. The only way I found out was through a few Youtube videos! Of course I ordered one, but I could have easily bought another netbook model. I think the most functional netbook around. Every spec is there except bluetooth…but I really don’t need bluetooth so it no big deal. My vote for the best specs and features. I hope the battery life is more than 6.5 hours! I’m not sure why it’s so low even with Pine trail…hmmmmm. Other netbooks claim 9,10, even 11 hours. 8 hours would be the sweet spot!

Shawn, yeah it’s strange how manufacturers sometimes fail to list their own products, at least at first anyhow.

It wasn’t easy to get the photos at first.

Sometimes the netbook is revealed from showing up at an online store, before it’s official announcement.

Samsung’s latest netbooks look very nice, I hope you like it.
