The never really a netbook (according to Sony), but called a netbook by everyone else, the Sony Vaio P netbook has received an upgrade.
The Sony Vaio P is now available with the new and faster Intel Atom Z550 CPU, which runs a 2.0Ghz, the fastest single core Atom CPU currently available.

As well as featuring the fastest Atom CPU the updated Vaio P netbook / mini-notebook also features a fresh new and improved faster SSD drive. The guys at pocketables.net ran a benchmark, where it scored double on CrystalMark compared to the previous model.
There is also a rumor that the Sony Vaio P will be available soon with built-in WiMAX.
