Toshiba have just announced a new interesting smartbook, the Toshiba AC100, along with a dual touchscreen 7-inch notebook.

The Toshiba AC100 smartbook has ultra slim netbook dimensions with a 10.1-inch display (1024 x 600 pixels). It runs Google’s Android 2.1 operating system on the 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 250 Soc, which is built around the dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor.

Toshiba have just recently announced the Toshiba Satellite T215 for the US market, and its already available to order.

The Toshiba Satellite T215 is a 11.6-inch thin and light notebook powered by AMD hardware. It is basically the AMD version of the Toshiba T210 which was announced very recently in the UK with Intel hardware.

The Toshiba T215 officially goes on sale this Sunday (June 20th), but J&R are already listing two versions of the Toshiba Satellite T215D for $470 and $499 for the single core and dual core version respectively.

It looks like Toshiba are going to grab an extra slice of the netbook market with the new Toshiba NB255.

Previously most of Toshiba’s netbooks have been priced higher than the average netbook, which have been pushing them out of the market, even though their netbooks have always been very good.

The Toshiba NB205 netbook series has been very popular for Toshiba. They have now built upon this successful design with the newly announced Toshiba NB305.

The Toshiba Mini NB305 builds on the NB205 with a similar but tweaked design, and latest hardware. Like all new netbooks announced this month the NB305 features the new Intel Atom N450 1.66Ghz processor (Pine Trail) for even lower power consumption.

The Toshiba NB200 / NB205 netbooks have been two very popular models for Toshiba.  Now it looks like they are about to release an updated model called the NB300.

The Toshiba NB300 has yet to be officially announced, but has shown up at the FCC revealing it’s existence.  At first glance the NB300  looks similar to the NB200 models, it does have a number of small but interesting differences.

On the very same day that Toshiba officially announced the T135 and T115 thin and light notebooks, the larger of the two has already been reviewed.

While the Toshiba Satellite T100 series are technically not netbooks, they come very close, especially the smaller 11.6-inch Toshiba T115 model.

Toshiba have just announced their new Satellite T100 series of thin and light CULV notebooks, which are available in two sizes, as the 11.6-inch Toshiba T115, and the slightly larger 13.3-inch Toshiba T135.

These “thin and light” notebooks sit right in the middle ground between netbooks and standard notebooks, and with the Toshiba Satellite T115 measuring just 11.6-inches it is very much in the netbook ground.

The Toshiba NB200, which is also known as the Dynabook UX has been available for a few weeks now, in white, brown and black color options.

Now, Toshiba have announced two new color options to the Toshiba NB200, bringing five color options in total. It’s now available in Blue, and Pink options.

The Toshiba NB205 stands out well against the vast number of netbooks on the market, is now available to order online.

With a huge range of netbooks available, which seems to be expanding everyday, it’s very hard to narrow the selection down to just one.

The Toshiba NB205 sounds a lot like all the other netbooks when looking at the specifications list, but the new NB205 ranks above a whole lot of them.
